All users have verified network connectivity before attempting to connect to the VPN, but will get this message after clicking connect on the Cisco Any-connect Secure Mobility Client box. When user switch network, the Cisco An圜onnect Secure Mobility Client will act as NAC solution and check for 3 things before allow the user connect to internal corporate network. Both network are also connected to the same corporate network internally. We found that the issue happen when user switch from wired network to wireless network. Another method is by clicking on Start Programs Cisco Cisco An圜onnect Secure Mobility Client vpnui.exe. The first method is that An圜onnect VPN client will have an icon that looks like two arches on a white globe on your desktop (see Figure 1).
